IQP SS9 Inspections & BWOF Compliance

Warm It Cool It is an approved IQP for SS9 Mechanical Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems with Auckland Council, excluding cooling towers. We can inspect and maintain applicable specified systems as part of your building’s Building Warrant of Fitness (BWOF) requirements and provide the appropriate documentation following inspection.

Our BWOF compliance services are suitable for commercial property owners, body corporates, property managers and facilities managers who require ongoing inspection and maintenance of mechanical ventilation and air conditioning systems.

By combining IQP inspections with our air conditioning servicing and repair capability, we can also identify faults or maintenance issues during the inspection process and arrange the required remedial work.
